Deleting your data
Exercise your right to be forgotten (Art. 17 GDPR) and ask for the personal data concerning you to be removed.

Your right
At any time you can ask us to delete all the personal data concerning you that we hold (name, contact details, address of the property, content of WhatsApp conversations, service preferences, etc.).
The request will be handled within 30 days of receipt, as required by Article 12 GDPR. Once the deletion is complete you will receive a written confirmation at the email address you gave.
How to request deletion
Send an email to [email protected] with the subject "Data deletion request", stating:
- The email address you contacted us from (required to identify your data);
- The associated telephone number (useful if you communicated with us via WhatsApp);
- Any other information that helps identify the communications or the service requested.
What happens next
- You will receive an acknowledgement of your request within 24–48 working hours.
- We will delete the data from our systems and from those of our processors (including the WhatsApp Business provider).
- You will receive an email confirming completion within 30 days.
Exceptions
Some data may have to be kept even after the request, solely in the cases provided for by law:
- Accounting and tax data (invoices, accounting records) — retention is mandatory for 10 years under the Italian Civil Code and tax law.
- Data needed to establish or defend legal claims, until the end of the relevant proceedings.
In these cases the data will be restricted and no longer processed for any other purpose.
Complaints
If you believe the deletion has not been handled correctly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali, the Italian data protection authority — garanteprivacy.it.
